The customer only knows to design the package file and then send it to the printing company to do it. But in fact, if the printing company wants to help the customer change the file, the package has six sides, and the beauty of the front and back is the most important. Generally, the designer of the packaging box manufacturer will help the customer to add 0.3 bleeding on the front and back of the packaging box (depending on the thickness of the paper to add bleeding, add more for thick paper, and less for thin paper).

If it is not added, there will be no problem if there is no color position on the front and back of the box. If there is a color position and the thickness of the paper is thick, then the front and back will leak white. If the top cover of the box is also colored, the contrast with the front color is too obvious. It will not look good, and customers will not ask for goods if they have high requirements.

Another problem is the upper and lower covers of the packaging box. Because there are ears on both sides, the bleeding on the upper and lower covers of the packaging box cannot be added to 3MM (printed documents generally add bleeding to 3MM), only 1.5MM can be added. If it is added to 3MM, the color will be printed On the ears, that’s not enough. It’s okay if there is no color position. If there is a color position, there will be an extra color block next to the ear. The packaging box produced is a defective product. It is not enough to just complete the documents for the packaging box, and the designer of the printing company also needs to make a lot of changes.
