Most printers in China have started using color management systems, and relatively large deviations in print color are no longer common, but customer demand for print quality is also rising. In order to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of customers, RX-packaging briefly analyzes several key factors that cause color deviations in printed materials.
The first problem is the ink problem, color printing generally uses cyan, product, yellow and black ink to print, all colors are dependent on the overlay of these four colors of ink to achieve, so if there is a problem with the color of the ink itself, then it will inevitably lead to a substantial deviation in the color of the print, RX-packaging has always used high-gloss ink, which strongly avoids such problems.
The second point is the color deviation of the print caused by the output, the loss of conversion data during the process of CTP phototypesetting and plate making, and the inaccurate development caused by the inappropriate temperature and concentration of the developing solution during development, resulting in color deviation during printing. These problems can be completely avoided if you strengthen the management of the printing shop.
The third point belongs to the original manuscript color problems, pictures generally through the digital camera or scanning to, personnel are not professional, equipment is too simple, can cause the original manuscript and the actual picture to be printed does not match. This reason does not strictly speaking belong to the responsibility of the printer.
