How to provide customers with quality digital CE packaging products?

Jun. 08, 2023

Recently, our RX packaging has conducted another ISO and 8S knowledge training, and we conduct related courses every year. For the quality management specification, it is emphasized that every RX packaging person should abide by it. We implement ISO9000/ISO14000 family standards/social responsibility/FSC/pollution-free (including VOC)/8S, etc., in order to provide customers with high-quality digital CE packaging products with quality and quantity.

RX packaging has implemented ISO quality management and quality assurance since January 1998, and it has been nearly 22 years. SO9001 Seven principles of quality management: 1. Focus on customers 2. Leadership 3. Full participation 4. Process approach 5. Continuous improvement 6. Fact-based decision-making methods 7. Relationship management. Our quality goal: On-time delivery rate: >99.5% Finished product inspection pass rate: >99%

When printing color boxes, many conditions will affect the quality of printing, and it is not easy to maintain a pass rate of more than 99%. There are also many influencing factors, such as: printing equipment, paper materials, environmentally friendly inks used, printing temperature, technical ability of the operator, etc. Good reputation is created step by step. We use branded paper sources for digital CE packaging customization, and use more than 100 sets of advanced printing equipment imported from Germany, Switzerland, the United States, Japan, France and other places. Experience. Adopt international G7 color management and operate 24 hours a day to ensure our quality and delivery meet the standards. How to achieve quality standards? First of all, it is necessary to change the quantity control. For example, the following 9 quality controls are the key points to pay attention to.

1. Thin paper printing: It is more difficult to print on thin paper. Thin paper is below 80G. Thin paper is easy to move and wrinkle during printing.

2. Thick paper printing: more than 250 grams is called thick paper, and it is easy to misalign when printing on thick paper. For the so-called thicker paper, the large suction machine should be adjusted to an appropriate suction volume while the machine is running at a slow speed during printing, and it should be adjusted according to the actual situation on site. When printing on thick paper, the loss of the printing machine is relatively large, and the operator must follow up and observe, and give proper treatment according to the specific conditions of the production site to avoid unnecessary losses.

3. Printing plate debugging: Operators are more critical, and they must operate carefully and attentively to ensure the balance of the force of the paper feeding part to push the cardboard. The layout manufacturing, assembly, and calibration are also key. The layout position positioning should meet and fit all aspects of the printing plate as much as possible. Conditional requirements can be.

4. Printing ink: The speed of the printing machine is too fast, the ink is not dry and the printed matter is heavily accumulated, which will lead to the natural reproduction, penetration, ghosting, overprinting and other phenomena of the offset printing ink, and the sliding plate will also cause slippage, dragging the plate The phenomenon of printing is also relatively serious. The above-mentioned problems are very rare, easy to deal with, and completely avoidable.

5. Poor clarity: prepare the printing plate before printing, and everything must be ready, such as: printing materials, verifying various data of the printing machine, ink layer adjustment of the inking roller, movement pressure of the roller, speed of the printing machine, etc. .Stop synchronously to ensure the quality of digital CE packaging prints.

6. Printing strength: Printing machines should avoid ultra-thick paper printing and full-page printing, and it is not easy to control the loss of printing machines. Ideally, many printing factories are not willing to accept orders for printed products with more than 350 grams of paper, and they still have full pages. Printing is really hard to control. We know that when the album is printed, the corrugated cardboard is transferred to the slotting part through the paper guide rollers and printing rollers of the printing machine. After the cardboard is pressed by the rollers during the transfer process, its physical properties have changed to varying degrees, affecting To the strength of digital CE packaging, so when encountering this kind of printed matter, it is necessary to take reliable operation measures to alleviate the negative effects and influences during the operation process.

7. Color correction: There is no color difference in batches. The printing ink requires authentic color and bright and glossy pictures. However, these results are also related to the quality of the paper. The pictures printed on high-quality paper are brighter and brighter. Ink contains heavy chemical components, which will produce different chemical reactions in different environments, such as: humidity, temperature difference, high pressure, etc., so it will also cause abnormal changes in printed albums, remember.

8. Pre-press trial version: that is, before the official printing, it needs to go through an important sequence. Ordinary companies or manufacturers directly cooperate with the color matching version. Otherwise, the operator needs to use the printing version as the standard color matching, after multiple corrections Finally, it can be formally put into printing after confirming that the printing plate is correct.

9. Post-process: Pay attention to edge loading, film lamination, indentation, and binding. Any post-process is very important. It is conceivable that the output at this time will affect the whole, that is to say, even your previous process No matter how well it is done, a careless later one will cause the previous process to be wasted. Therefore, every process of digital CE packaging custom printing should be completed meticulously.
