Size requirements: specify the size of the box, including length, width and height. Providing accurate dimensions ensures that the box will fit the item being packed.

Cost and payment terms: Negotiate the price and payment terms with the manufacturer to ensure that both parties reach a consensus and specify the payment method and payment date.
Logistical Arrangements: Discuss the logistical arrangements for the box, including packaging, shipping, and delivery methods. Make sure you have a clear understanding of how the box will be shipped to its destination.
